We are very excited to announce that Khaya iBhubesi is fully operational and that we have just completed our first post lockdown conference.
All our COVID-19 safety protocols are in place, and we have taken various steps to safeguard our employees and clients.
During this difficult time, we wish to assure you that the health and safety of our clients and employees remain our top priority
We enlisted Fidelity Cleaning Services to assist us with our protocols.
Herewith are some of our protocols that has been put into place:
The number of persons attending the conference / meeting may not exceed 50 pax per venue.
Live feed capabilities as well as free WIFI within the conference venues.
Compliance with social distancing requirements
A record of all person entering the premises will be kept. A screening questionnaire & screening station has been set up for every delegate and supplier entering the premises .Guests will be sanitised before entering.
Wearing of a mask is compulsory
Sanitising station have been installed throughout the venue and facilities.
Sanitising of all conference equipment between speakers. Conference venues will be fogged prior every conference and at the end of each day.
